


Selecting Submit Image(s) for Lab Assessment from the User's Main Menu brings you to the Examination Information Form:
Practitioner, email, Practice and Phone are already filled in with the practice-related information entered during the registration process. Complete the Examination Form per the following instructions:
Next to be entered are optional examiner comments. These will be visible to the analyst throughout the interpretation procedure. Knowledge of artifacts, significant blemishes, sunburn, etc., are important and may be noted in the space provided.
Next, select the number of images are you submitting for this examination. Remember that all examinations submitted must include views of the breasts consisting of a frontal image, including the sternum, and lateral images that include the axillary regions.
Once the number of images to submit has been clicked, the same number of browsing fields and buttons is displayed. Click on each of the Choose buttons to locate and select each image you are submitting.
After all images to submit have been identified, click the Submit Information and Upload Image(s) button. After a short time, you will receive confirmation that your examination has been received.
A report of thermographic findings based on the information you submitted will be sent to you by email.
